Beginner Lessons
Ninety minutes covering board handling on the sand, kneeling paddling, standing up, turning, stopping, falling safely and getting back on, taught in groups of six or fewer in shallow marked water. Board, paddle, buoyancy aid, leash and a waterproof phone pouch are included, along with a rinse and a cold drink afterwards. Nobody is required to stand if they would rather not, and a second lesson within the same week is offered at half price so that the skill actually sticks.
Guided Lagoon Tours
Two- and three-hour paddles across the lagoon to sea caves, a wreck visible through clear water, and beaches reachable only from the sea, with swimming and snorkelling stops along the way. Groups stay under eight, a guide leads and an assistant follows, and everything needed is provided including a dry bag, water and fruit. Routes are chosen on the morning according to wind. A longer full-day tour crosses to a neighbouring islet with a picnic and time to walk before returning with the afternoon breeze behind you.
Hire by the Hour
Boards, kayaks, snorkelling sets, masks for children and buoyancy aids available from the desk without booking, in slots from one hour upwards, with a map of the safe area and a two-minute briefing. Day and week rates are available, as are family bundles covering two adults and three children on any combination of equipment. Hire includes free use of the showers, lockers and shade, and if the wind gets up we will refund the unused portion of any hire without argument.
Kids' Clubs and Family Sessions
Week-long morning clubs for ages six to fourteen combining paddling, swimming, snorkelling, water safety, beach games and a certificate, run by instructors with child-specific training and a ratio of one to four. Family sessions put parents and children on tandem boards for a shared hour with games rather than drills. Buoyancy aids are provided for every size, non-swimmers are welcome in the shallow area, and there is always an instructor standing in the water rather than watching from a board.
Fitness, Yoga and Sunset Paddles
Board yoga and pilates on anchored boards at sunrise, a paddle-fitness circuit three evenings a week, and a slow sunset session that finishes with the boards drawn up on the sand and something cold at the café. Sessions last an hour, run at fixed times through the season and can be booked individually or as a five-session card. Instructors adapt everything for complete beginners, and falling in is treated as part of the class rather than a failure.
Private Groups, Events and Hotels
Whole bases can be booked outside opening hours for birthdays, company days, weddings and hotel guest programmes, with equipment, instructors, safety cover, catering and photographs included. We run scheduled sessions for several island hotels under contract, deliver boards to villas, and provide safety cover and marshals for open-water swims and charity paddles. Group prices are fixed in advance and include everything, with no separate charges appearing on the day.
