COACHING PROCESS

Assessment through to ongoing personal training

INITIAL ASSESSMENT

We evaluate current fitness level, movement quality, training history, lifestyle, and specific goals. The initial assessment forms the foundation of the tailored workout plan and sets objective benchmarks for tracking individual fitness training progress.

PROGRAMME PLANNING

A personal training programme is written with weekly session structure, exercise selection, set and rep targets, and progression parameters. Bespoke fitness plan design accounts for recovery needs, work schedule, and any existing physical limitations or injury history.

COACHED SESSIONS

One-on-one fitness coaching sessions are conducted with full trainer attention. Technique is monitored, corrected, and reinforced throughout the session. Load and tempo are managed to ensure productive stimulus without exceeding safe training capacity.

PROGRESS TRACKING

Regular reassessment compares current performance against baseline data. Strength, endurance, and body composition changes are recorded and used to update the tailored workout plan. Gym personal trainer sessions adjust based on results to maintain continued progression.

Personal fitness training expertise spans strength and conditioning, body composition management, mobility development, and sports performance. Each trainer applies periodisation principles and evidence-based exercise selection to deliver consistent, measurable results.
